THE GULL LAKE YACHT CLUB IS A FAMILY-ORIENTED, VOLUNTEER-BASED, SOCIAL ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO PROMOTING WATER SAFETY, EDUCATION AND ENJOYMENT OF SAILING, BOATING, AND OTHER WATER-RELATED ACTIVITIES IN A SOCIALLY-INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.

THE CAMARGO FOUNDATION, FOUNDED BY ARTIST AND PHILANTHROPIST JEROME HILL AND LOCATED IN CASSIS, FRANCE, IS A RESIDENTIAL CENTER OFFERING PROGRAMMING IN THE HUMANITIES AND THE ARTS. IT PROVIDES TIME AND SPACE IN A CONTEMPLATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR ARTISTS, SCHOLARS, SCIENTISTS AND THINKERS TO THINK, CREATE, AND CONNECT. THE PRINCIPAL INSTRUMENT FOR PURSUING THIS MISSION IS THE CAMARGO CORE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM, WHICH OFFERS RESIDENCIES TO NINE ARTISTS AND NINE SCHOLARS and THINKERS, CHOSEN FROM MORE THAN 1000 APPLICANTS, FOR UP TO 11 WEEKS EACH FALL AND SPRING. THE FOUNDATION WELCOMES APPLICATIONS FROM INDIVIDUALS FROM ANY COUNTRY WHOSE AREA OF INVESTIGATION EMBRACES FRENCH AND FRANCOPHONE CULTURES.IN ADDITION TO THIS HISTORICAL PROGRAM, CAMARGO FOUNDATION RUNS VARIOUS OTHER RESIDENCY PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT INTERNATIONAL ARTISTS, SCHOLARS AND THINKERS VIA RESIDENCY PERIODS. THOSE ARE OFTEN IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.

Organized to provide an opportunity for boys and girls to compete in an environment that emphasized fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and the development ot a healthy positive attitude. Winning, although important, is secondary to learning the game and having fun.

THE OBJECTIVE OF THE LAKEVILLE BASEBALL ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE A FUN AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE BASEBALL PROGRAMS FOR THE CHILDREN OF THE COMMUNITY AND NOT ONLY TEACH THEM THE FUNDAMENTALS AND STRATEGIES OF THE GAME, BUT ALSO INSTILL THE PRINCIPLES OF SPORTSMANSHIP, HONESTY, LOYALTY, COURAGE, AND RESPECT FOR OTHERS.

A principle mission of Jeffers Foundation is to foster environmental stewardship through education. Environmental stewardship cannot be taught but can only be inspired. Jeffers Foundation has adopted a practice for our professional development workshops consistent with the scientific method in which hands-on, experiential learning is supported by teaching careful observation techniques using all our senses reinforced by journaling your observations with drawings and words in notebooks.
