The Midtown Phillips Neighborhood Association, Inc. shall promote the social health of the community by involving citizens in its activities and shall reach out to all segments of the community including traditionally under-represented groups. The Midtown Phillips Neighborhood Association, Inc. will promote: 1) The physical and cultural health of the community by fostering housing and open space programs which reflect the needs of the community and which promote social-economic and racial-cultural diversity within the Midtown Phillips Neighborhood; 2) The best interests of its community and represent those interests to other organizations and public bodies. This includes recommending action to governmental bodies and responding to proposals for residential and commercial development or liability within the Midtown Phillips neighborhood; 3) The safety and personal integrity of all individuals living, working, and visiting within Midtown Phillips Neighborhood.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO HOLD REAL PROPERTY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HEAT AND FROST INSULATORS and ALLIED WORKERS LOCAL 34 (A NON-PROFIT, EXEMPT ORGANIZATION OPERATING UNDER THE LAWS OF MINNESOTA) TO COLLECT INCOME FROM AND TO TURN OVER THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, LESS EXPENSES TO LOCAL 34.
