Grants to Minnesota nonprofit organizations for racial equity projects in eligible regions. The Fund focuses on the issues of education, employment, and community safety. Organizations that address the community impact of systemic, historic racism are welcome to apply. Grants are intended to benefit the communities surrounding the Fund's St. Paul headquarters and will be awarded to organizations located in Ramsey and/or Hennepin counties.
- Tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations
- Organizations located in Hennepin and/or Ramsey counties
Ineligible
H.B. Fuller will not make grants to fund:
- Capital campaigns and endowments
- Disease-specific organizations
- Courtesy, goodwill, or public service advertisements
- Fraternal or veterans organizations, with the exception of programs
- Fundraising events or sponsorships that benefit the broader community directly
- Individuals, including scholarships
- Religious groups for religious purposes
- Programs that appear to be the responsibility of the government unless they are a community-based effort directed at improving the delivery of government-funded services
- Political/lobbying organizations
- Travel
- Basic or applied research

- Applications accepted May 1-31
- Applications must be submitted by midnight of the deadline date to be considered for review.
- Only one application will be accepted to the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation per 12-month time period.
Estimated Size of Grant
Individual grants typically range from $5,000 to $10,000.
