Award to a USA, Canada or International individual for scholarly research and writing on the Holocaust. Only books containing new research on the Holocaust, or its antecedents and aftermath, will be considered. Research accuracy, methodology, scholarship, literary merit, originality, and importance of the research topic are important factors.
The award ceremony will take place in Israel, during which the recipient will present a lecture. Flights and hotel accommodations will be covered by the International Institute for Holocaust Research.
