THESE COMMUNITY LEADERS FURTHER DEVELOPED AND ENHANCED THEIR SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND RELATIONSHIPS THAT WILL SUSTAIN THEIR COMMUNITIES FOR THE COMMON GOOD. BUILDING ON 30-PLUS YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, THESE SIGNATURE TRAININGS SHIFTED ONLINE DUE TO THE PANDEMIC. ADDITIONAL WORKSHOPS EQUIPPED COMMUNITY LEADERS WITH STRATEGIES TO LEAD INCLUSIVE ONLINE MEETINGS AND WORK ACROSS DIFFERENCES DURING THE LONG STRETCHES OF ISOLATION CREATED BY THE PANDEMIC.
