DUE TO ONGOING FINANCIAL AND ACADEMIC CHALLENGES CAUSED BY THE NOVEL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19), HECUA WAS UNABLE TO OFFER SIGNIFICANT PORTIONS OF ITS INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMING AND THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS VOTED TO TAKE STEPS TO DISSOLVE THE ORGANIZATION WITHIN THE NEXT TWO YEARS.
