Grants to USA and Canada nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community-based organizations for neighborhood beautification projects. Funding is intended to support litter prevention programs, promote recycling efforts, and enhance communities in and around Martin Luther King Jr. Corridors and neighborhoods. The goal of the grant program is to build clean, green, and beautiful places for all to thrive and enjoy. KAB is committed to fostering community diversity, unity, and environmental sustainability.
Projects must address a need identified by residents, community groups, or business owners/employees along the MLK Corridor. While focusing on community improvement the proposed project should address how the project will:

Grant funding is available in 3 categories: $2,500, $5,000, and $10,000, with the possibility of additional funding for supplies purchased at Lowe's. Other funding amounts will be considered based on project needs.
Projects must be implemented by March 2023.
