Grants to USA nonprofit organizations, schools, and libraries in eligible regions to implement or expand summer reading programs. Funding is intended for programs that target Pre-K-12th grade new readers and below grade level readers, and assist readers with learning disabilities. Eligible organizations are those providing direct literacy services within a state that Dollar General Corporation operates in and are within 15 miles of a Dollar General store.
